@markswife2004 @ATT The worse was that the local offices were CLUELESS that the Internet was down. These are the same sales representatives that will happily hook you into a 2 years contract & assist with other products to a point - my daughter’s phone won’t allow for voicemail. Had to go to🍏 store

@ATTNEWS @ATT You’re customer service reps were horrible when social distancing started and I couldn’t even get information on options to have WiFi when they were fixing phaser cables. The customer service Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HOSTILE. So don’t issue false statements of “support.”

Hi @TMobile, @ATT is shutting down and not allowing unlocked GSM devices to activate if a 3G chip exists in the device..even if the device is also 4GLTE capable. Are you doing this as well? If not, I will move my 5 lines over to you so we can still use the phones we choose.

Part 5 @ATT So I call in and I end up being on the phone with the agent and her manger for about 2 hours and she is talking and were laughing and its an over all good experience she tells me that she gets the phone ordered gets me some discounts and other little things to help.
