@Frontiercorp Frontier customer services is atrocious. We ported a phone number for HIPPA Compliant Faxing and in their infinite wisdom shut down our internet and other phone lines in our office..now its taken 3 days since I called them and still no restoration of service.

@MitchFromTexas @AskFrontier @GetSpectrum Not worth “asking Frontier” because they can’t keep their answers straight. They don’t know what they can/not do. Think they’d want to fix their mistake. But they only care about profits. Not people. 🤬 After more than 2 decades w/Frontier & its predecessor, we’ll switch. Soon.

I’ve been a @verizonfios customer since 2014, when they sold the product to @FrontierCorp everything got worse. I’ve been without Internet for more than a week, this AFTER they sent Tech to investigate. No more, cancelled today, switched to Spectrum .@frontier_sucks

@FrontierCorp watch out consumers because this company will bill you even when they can verify you didn’t use the service. All bc I forgot to contact them when stuck in a country lockdown abroad during a pandemic. So disappointing.

@AskFrontier My elderly parents in rural Indiana have been without your phone service since May. We have reported the outage several times & now we're switching carriers. Your reps are not releasing their # so they can have service again. How do we get this to happen?

@FrontierCorp 5 day wait for a tech when your elderly person next door has no internet or telephone service is not acceptable by any means. That’s two households that need to be compensated for a five day outage.

@FrontierCorp Imagine being an internet service provider that can't provide service because their suits always down. My internet been off more this month than it's been on. It went out yesterday again and came back on today only to go out again a couple hours later. Wtf?
