Day 8, I decide to call Specturm and schedule them to come out on the 11th. I'm over @FrontierCorp Day 9, I have internet. I text and cancel tech. Now I call billing, and try and cancel @FrontierCorp

@FrontierCorp I’ve sent you two DMs and posted a screenshot of what I sent in this thread. I don’t know what else to do. I’m switching to Spectrum, I’m done with the slow speeds, constant service interruptions and lengthy time to repairs.

Save yourself time and money and never use @FrontierCorp for WiFi, I had better internet in my college dorm room and all I had was an Ethernet cable

@AskFrontier I am not going to DM. The public needs to know just what rotten service you give customers. I have forgotten my password to my fios digital voice mail. I need the password reset .Calling 800-921-8101 was no help. Jose in tech support was no help. Transferred me to 877-462-0488

@FrontierCorp I did call and was able to process my order but was told I couldn’t get the gift card because I did the order over the phone; I ask that you honor the gift card offer as it’s your website that was the problem & reason I could not process my order online

Day 4, Still no internet connection. I call @FrontierCorp and am given another "Ticket " and apology. Day 5, same. Day 6, I finally have internet connection. I text and cancel technical support for the 7th.

Day 7, Again no internet. I call @FrontierCorp and go through the process of restarting the router...Its the OP and they cannot fix it remotely because it will interfere with other users in my building. Surprise I received another "Ticket" and apology.

So @AskFrontier sends a guy to our home today to see if he can improve our .03mbps and he shuts down our lines. Turn them back on and leaves & now we have NO internet. No connectivity. Frontier must do better. I have work & daughter has class tomorrow. This is a now fix.

In conclusion, I am being held hostage financially by @FrontierCorp because it will cost more to terminate my internet service then to install it. Shame on #Frontier Fios Corporation.

According to @FrontierCorp my special package does not have a grace period and I will be charged $95.00 for early termination. The best they can do is credit me for the days I did it have service. The person was rude, condescending and located out of state

@AskFrontier crazy that I can’t get repair service in less than 3 days. Serious medical equipment requires Wi-Fi. Your modem fails and you say you’ll mail me one. Not cool.

@FrontierCorp I tried repeatedly to process an order for new service on your website so that I could receive the $100 gift card - the message I kept receiving is that ‘your website was experiencing issues and to call’

@AskFrontier My elderly parents in rural Indiana have been without your phone service since May. We have reported the outage several times & now we're switching carriers. Your reps are not releasing their # so they can have service again. How do we get this to happen?

@FrontierCorp 5 day wait for a tech when your elderly person next door has no internet or telephone service is not acceptable by any means. That’s two households that need to be compensated for a five day outage.

@FrontierCorp Imagine being an internet service provider that can't provide service because their suits always down. My internet been off more this month than it's been on. It went out yesterday again and came back on today only to go out again a couple hours later. Wtf?
