@AskFrontier I'm back home and after service was restored after the extended Santa Ana event and associated power outage here over Thanksgiving, my fiber speeds are down and my voice line has a massive buzz making voice calls impossible.

@FrontierCorp You would think with the amount of money you charge for your service, you would treat customers paying for the 2gig fiber service much better, instead of informing them at the last few minutes of the half day window you scheduled that your installation person isn't showing up!

@FrontierCorp your sales rep need to work on their customer service. They offered me 12 Mbps internet, and i refused it bc I’m already running 200, and was looking for Fiber Gig. The sales associate’s name was Abby. She didn’t even thank me for calling. Just hung up on me lol.

We are not trying to get out of paying our bill but these charges are not ours. The supervisor spoke to on 1/14 was awful and said 'obliviously we are wrong and don't know what we are doing' & our problem not theirs @FrontierCorp @Davidlaz @KTLA

So as ******* awful as @Ask_Spectrum is I've never had to endure a 4 day full outage of service that I'm facing with @AskFrontier - with fiber no less. I've never had a 4 day outage in the history of the internet - about 28 years for me. ******* ridiculous.

happens for sure.The area we are moving to has poor cell phone reception.. so I don’t want to waste 4 hours with no cell phone service and no one shows up. And guess what happened when I got off the phone with the @FrontierCorp customer service gal.. who was very pleasant btw

@AskFrontier My elderly parents in rural Indiana have been without your phone service since May. We have reported the outage several times & now we're switching carriers. Your reps are not releasing their # so they can have service again. How do we get this to happen?

@FrontierCorp 5 day wait for a tech when your elderly person next door has no internet or telephone service is not acceptable by any means. That’s two households that need to be compensated for a five day outage.

@FrontierCorp Imagine being an internet service provider that can't provide service because their suits always down. My internet been off more this month than it's been on. It went out yesterday again and came back on today only to go out again a couple hours later. Wtf?
