@FrontierCorp Your tech support rep did a fab job of informing me her job is not customer service it’s tech support, but even if it was she wasn’t great at either job. I’m just trying to spread the word that if people have options other than Frontier they should choose that. Thank you anyway!

@AskFrontier Yes, I’ve been told as such but it would be nice to have some sort of ETA. Over 7 hours of an outage with no sort of communication about it is not exactly the best service here.

@AskFrontier we have been out of phone service for over two weeks. Had an appointment, tech didn’t fix and just left. Had new appointment 1/26, tech never showed. Now we are told…sorry, new appt now 2/15. What a joke. This is awful service.

Welp, looks like I won't be streaming until my internet is fixed. It went down approximately 6AM sharp🤔 (Almost like my bill wasn't paid). I'm thinking about canceling it outright and quitting indefinitely since the fastest @FrontierCorp can be here is 2/16.

@FrontierCorp I assure you it makes me more unhappy, Kevin. Even the 5 days it’s been is ridiculous. There was no storm or event that precipitated the outage. Frontier should have enough technicians to provide service to its customers. There is no excuse for this.
