@FrontierCorp My internet has been out since Monday and I keep getting the run around when I call tech support.they said someone would be out here ASAP but that’s only after the broken appointment on Thursday.

@AskFrontier internet has been out for over an hour. 2nd time this month. 1st time phone rep had no idea how to help us, ended up sending us a useless router, hoping your Twitter will provide a better experience. Keep this up and we'll be forced to switch, can't work from home!!!

@AskFrontier why is my access to a game broadcast on ESPN: virginia vs. william & mary, blocked? as soon as i signed in w/ frontier on espn app, told unauthorized no access. i always watch games via this approach. clearly it's blacked out or you dont have an agreement w/ the ACC Network.

Screw @FrontierCorp. Constant internet drops to the point where I shouldn't have to pay anything because I can't use the damn service! I'm glad they're going #bankrupt!
