@FrontierCorp I think the best thing about this boilerplate tweet is I said nothing about problems with the service.I'm in a former Verizon FiOS territory meaning the **** was built right the first time and fiber is easy and cheap to maintain.

Hey-yo! @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier how can anyone be expected to WFH with your internet?!? Daily service outages, hard lined connection speeds resembling 90’s dialup, 5-10 drops a day. Maybe y’all should focus on the current infrastructure rather than be advertising 2gb fiber!

@FrontierCorp Ok.. here we go agian.. try doing just a party chat keep getting booted out.. then ibtryed doing xbox live online and got bootes out of thier srver.. and frontier still has not fix or rfunded this inreliabke service knowing its crap

@AskFrontier guys…. Going on 14 hours of an outage and you still don’t know why? You should know the root cause at this point. I get things can take time to fix, but to say you don’t know? And no estimate of restoration?

@FrontierCorp I just spent 20 minutes on chat waiting to be transferred for it to log me out of my account and make me login again and my chat be completely gone then had it tell me its busy so I can't chat

@FrontierCorp The internet is up for about a minute then down for about 5 minutes and keeps repeating I've reset the router and the outside box both now and when I login to my account its says it can't retrieve most of the info. I just paid the bill about 3 weeks ago as well

@AskFrontier Did my address get removed off from being a serviceable address? I hate to be that guy but even though my address is still working perfectly, these speeds are just getting worse and worse as time progresses. I can't do anything with 12mbps down. With no other choices
