  @FrontierCorp We moved last week, scheduled serve weeks ago to be sourced and set up. The contractor showed up at my house with his girlfriend in the van and refused to do the work because it would take too long. Now I’m being told I can’t have service until Friday???

  @FrontierCorp Why should I send a DM when all you’re going to do is tell me you’ll send my info to an acct manager that will get back to me within 24hrs. We haven’t had any tv service for almost 2 weeks and now we are told 2 more weeks.

  @FrontierCorp @Genes98 I’ve also been told by customer service that too many people have moved into my service area and the modems can’t handle the volume of people using the internet. I’ve been told not to try to connect during peak times 6am-9am, 3pm to 9 Pom. I was told I was put on a list ,

  @FrontierCorp @Genes98 Customer service says they don’t do that. I can’t speak to someone local or someone in the YS. It is hard to understand the thick accents and they don’t u set stand me- They hang up when the language barrier complicates my call.
