@FrontierCorp your customer service is HORRIBLE. Call wait time over an hour and then you hung up on me - not once, but 3 times. What a great tactic to avoid fixing your crappy service. Stay away anyone with another option.

@jchenelly @FrontierComms @AskFrontier I was so surprised by this. In 2014 I switched from Comcast to Frontier because of customer service, but I guess things change. I now believe in second chances.

@FrontierCorp it’s taking me so far 45 mins to try and change my service. You call center is a joke!

@FrontierCorp the app won’t let my pay my bill or setup auto pay. Neither will the web portal. You cut my service without calling me. Your Pay by Phone requires over 11 prompts to pay (I gave up at 11)....

I think it's pretty underhanded and quite unethical for @FrontierCorp to charge me a mandatory router fee for equipment I don't want, don't need and was never given. At least @comcast let's you use your own router.

@FrontierCorp @Jon_Niswonger The call ended up taking over an hour. If it wasn’t for your retention specialist offering a credit for the inconvenience I would have ended my entire contract. Total customer care time should not take that long. Having retention specialists available Sat/Sun would be beneficial.

@askfrontier I need help setting up WiFi with you. I’ve got the runaround since returning to WA more than a week ago. I’m getting impatient and do NOT want to resort to Comcast. Comcast, don’t @ me.

@AskFrontier There is no account manager. It's an email address that doesn't reply. The only way to get responses from #frontier is to ask publicly. So the service crew is working today?

We are not trying to get out of paying our bill but these charges are not ours. The supervisor spoke to on 1/14 was awful and said 'obliviously we are wrong and don't know what we are doing' & our problem not theirs @FrontierCorp @Davidlaz @KTLA

@FrontierCorp Do you all have like a map or plan listed online showing when your Internet service will expand in rural areas? Whether Fiber Optic or improved speeds.

@FrontierCorp Almost 48hrs and no service…lost two days of pay since I can’t work without internet. Frontier has been giving me and my neighbors the run around for two days…tech will be there, it’s the tech’s next stop, etc… just because it’s a small outage doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter!!
