@dhambrick63 @AskFrontier @FrontierCorp We're having a similar problem with Spectrum TV. The DVR box is messed up. We told them. They sent out a guy to replace cables. After doing all that, it was still broken. He didn't have any boxes with him, of course.

@FrontierCorp @AskFrontier I am without internet since Monday. At first, it was the storm. After on hold for 3.5 hours, I talked to a tech on Thursday. Ticket opened. Then twice, you alerted me that there is a problem in the area, and my issue is resolved.

@FrontierCorp does anyone work in Frontier, I was on hold for 2hrs twice yesterday and now on hold for another hour, no one is answering the phone. I have sent several DM. No service outages in my area. Boxes have been power cycled still no resolution. Router has red light on.

@FrontierCorp Guess “thorough evaluation” means holding your customers hostage while you fight with all the regional sports channels. Ridiculous. The provider we use @ our 2nd home in another state solved issue w/an optional sports package.

@krayzkarl1 @FrontierCorp Agreed, our service has been down in Houston Tx since mid Saturday and they are still telling us today that there is no outage. I literally received two text messages from Frontier about an outage in my area while talking to them. No status or update on service being restored.
