@AskFrontier costumer service put me on hold for 2 hours, then they hung up on me out of no where. The internet live chat is a joke. No one i talked to knows how to help, they just pass me to another department after wasting my time for 30min.

@MitchFromTexas @AskFrontier @GetSpectrum Not worth “asking Frontier” because they can’t keep their answers straight. They don’t know what they can/not do. Think they’d want to fix their mistake. But they only care about profits. Not people. 🤬 After more than 2 decades w/Frontier & its predecessor, we’ll switch. Soon.

Too bad @FrontierCorp can't get their crap together, especially when it comes to accurate billing. It makes working from home extremely difficult when you have no internet service @GetSpectrum. It's only been down for 3.5 hours, 1/2 of my work day wasted.😡

As much as I despise @FrontierCorp for their extremely poor customer service & over billing! When it comes to in home service, they beat @GetSpectrum hands down. I've had more outage & issues with my #Spectrum internet & TV service in the past 3 mos. than ever had with #Frontier.

@AskFrontier My account is on hold, so I can't pay my bill online or set a automatic payment. On the website it says i have to call the costumer service to pay the bill. I neither have the time or I want to spend 3hours on a phone everytime to pay a bill. This is the stupidest thing

@AskFrontier internet has been out for over an hour. 2nd time this month. 1st time phone rep had no idea how to help us, ended up sending us a useless router, hoping your Twitter will provide a better experience. Keep this up and we'll be forced to switch, can't work from home!!!

@AskFrontier why is my access to a game broadcast on ESPN: virginia vs. william & mary, blocked? as soon as i signed in w/ frontier on espn app, told unauthorized no access. i always watch games via this approach. clearly it's blacked out or you dont have an agreement w/ the ACC Network.

Screw @FrontierCorp. Constant internet drops to the point where I shouldn't have to pay anything because I can't use the damn service! I'm glad they're going #bankrupt!
